Caliber is the Perfect Partner for Your Sustainability Initiatives
Sustainability is Mission-Critical for Automotive Insurers
Sustainability matters to consumers in an ever-evolving way. At first it impacted the kinds of products consumers purchase, then it became a deciding factor when it comes to the kinds of companies that consumers choose to buy from. The next phase of consumer behavior may be influenced by sustainability value chains.
At Caliber, we don't just celebrate Earth Month in April; we live our commitment to the environment and to the health and safety of our teammates and customers every single day.
Our dedication to being as environmentally conscious and sustainable as possible is evident in everything we do, from our industry-leading management and recycling of hazardous waste, including internal and external compliance monitoring, to our commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives and our reporting on the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Index.
Caliber has created 2 animated videos, showcasing how closed-loop recycling works in collision repair and the environmental impact of a single year of Caliber’s closed-loop recycling.
The Caliber forest
What is the impact of Caliber's annual commitment to sustainability?
You might be surprised. Caliber uses the Environmental Protection Agency's Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Equivalencies calculator to determine that it's equivalent to the GHGs sequestered by growing a 90 acre forest for 10 years!
