Get your car ready to be dropped off:

Because we might need to calibrate your car settings, please have a full tank of gas. Learn why here and how to prepare here.
Remove all personal items including from your trunk. Don’t forget garage door openers, badges, car seats, etc.
Bring a physical key or key FOB.​
If you are dropping off an Electric Vehicle, please bring your portable charger cord.​

On the day of your appointment: ​

Please arrive on time.​
Your appointment should take approximately 45 minutes​
Please bring your repair estimate and your insurance check (if applicable).​
Please identify all accident-related concerns , both visible and non-visible, with your service advisor. ​
